Return & Refund Policy​

At AKDMart, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If there is any issue with your order, we offer a return or replacement for eligible items under the following conditions.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return if:

  • It is unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and invoice are included

• Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.

• Any damage/defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims for damage will only be accepted if supported by unboxing video.

• Products without unboxing video proof may not be eligible for full replacement.

• In such cases, partial support/compensation may be provided.

• All decisions will be taken after proper verification.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products (unless defective)
  • Products without original packaging or invoice
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Return Process

  • To initiate a return:

    • Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
    • The product must be returned to our store address for inspection
    • Return shipping or delivery arrangements must be handled by the customer

    Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • It may take 3–5 business days to complete the refund
  • Refunds will be issued via UPI or original payment method

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • For orders outside Bandipora, returns must be sent via courier
  • In case of a defective or incorrect product, our team will assist you with the return process
