At AKDMart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within the specified time frame so we can assist you.

By placing an order on AKDMart, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted in the following cases:

✅ Product received is damaged during transit

✅ Wrong product delivered

✅ Product has a manufacturing defect

✅ Product is incomplete or missing parts

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging
  • Accompanied by photos or videos showing the issue
  • Reported within 24 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

❌ Products damaged due to misuse

❌ Physical damage caused after delivery

❌ Products without original packaging

❌ Products reported after the return window

❌ Change of mind after purchase

❌ Products damaged without proof of issue

Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective product claims, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package.

Claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products may not be accepted without sufficient evidence.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Replacement Policy

Where possible, AKDMart may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement eligibility depends on:

  • Product availability
  • Nature of the issue
  • Verification of the claim

Refused Delivery & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched order or requests cancellation after the order has been shipped, the shipment may be returned to AKDMart by the courier partner.

Any applicable forward shipping charges, return shipping charges, and handling fees incurred due to such refusal or cancellation may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned shipment is received and verified.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.

For cancellation assistance, contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Charges for Returns

If the return is approved due to:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

AKDMart will arrange or reimburse return shipping where applicable.
