Order Cancellation Policy
At AKDMart, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
01. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- For Bandipora orders: Cancellation is allowed before the product is out for delivery
- For prepaid orders: Cancellation must be requested before shipping
02. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
03. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Refund will be issued via original payment method or UPI
04. Cash on Delivery Orders
- COD orders can be cancelled before delivery
- Repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future orders
