  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Other options will be added soon.

  • Orders are delivered within Bandipora.
  • Most deliveries are completed within same-day or next-day unless stated otherwise.
  • In case of delays (weather, logistics), we will keep you informed.

✅ 6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days for:
    • Damaged items
    • Wrong products
    • Non-functioning electronics
  • You must share proof (photo/video) and your Order ID to request a return.

✅ 7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling our support number.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Fraudulent orders may be cancelled, and users may be blocked.
